Luis Brasdefer is based in Vancouver providing advising in matters related to doing Business between Mexico and Canada, supported by an extensive network of onsite professionals in Mexico.
Mr. Brasdefer’s education provides him with a sound business perspective as he is a Corporate and Finance Lawyer licensed in Mexico (not licensed or entitled to practice law in Canada) and a Master in Business Administration; Luis also holds Diplomas and Specialization Courses on diverse subjects including Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate and International Trade.
Luis has over 25 years of professional experience in diverse fields including Government, Private Sector, Entrepreneurism and Consultancy. With more than 20 years in decision making and leading positions in the Financial Industry, his duties have included being Member and Secretary of Boards of Directors; being General Legal Director for the Federal Treasury and being Legal Vice President for a Federal Government Bank, among other positions.
